E-Commerce Redesign
We redesigned Meliá's e-commerce platform to enhance the user experience, boost conversion rates, and create a digital presence that reflects the brand’s standards. The goal was to shift from the current store to a value-driven model that promotes emotional shopping

Process
We conducted research, including user interviews and competitor analysis, to identify areas for improvement.
At the same time, we developed a custom Design System that ensured visual consistency across all sub-brands, creating a seamless digital experience aligned with Meliá's brand identity and hotel services.

Outcome
We designed 28 pages for the MVP, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure smooth integration with Shopify’s modules.
The Design System was modular and meticulously documented, allowing for flexible implementation across various sections of the site. The result was a scalable, cohesive platform that reflects Meliá’s brand standards while providing an engaging and improved user experience, ready for future growth.
